Both realized in the current environment, the discussion is always about the pilot shortage when it should be about all the deficiencies in the aviation workforce, and more importantly the lack of funding for those who wish to pursue a career in aviation. Students are often told to look for grants or scholarships which there are few of and are very competitive. Many grants will not provide for direct scholarships or lending to students at all.
In an effort to help bridge the gap between the student and training, Brian and Bianca established the Lorenz Family Aviation Foundation.
Our Mission
To provide funding and guidance, partial or complete, for those working towards a career in aviation. Whether a pilot, mechanic, avionics tech, controller, or ground crew, everyone has the right to an equal opportunity in achieving their goals.
